What we offer
Fermented Products & Organic Fertiliser
Just like making compost, fermentation still requires the correct carbon to nitrogen ratio, and as a result still reaches temperatures of up to 70°C in the initial mixing and blending stages. We then treat it with the fermenting microbes, stack it up and roll the O2 out of it, then leave it to ferment; just like making silage in a pit. No more turning, no losses to the atmosphere like ammonium gas, CO2, methane and nitrous oxide. We keep all the goodies in our product unlike traditional composting.
Fermentation is not decomposition. We believe in using this system to stabilise the key elements, then after application, your own existing soil microbes can go to work to make all these goodies available to the plants.
Prices start at $ / cubic metre.
Compost
Most of our commercial compost is fermented which means there are very little losses to the atmosphere. This means we retain higher carbon levels in the applied product which is great for your soil and your crop. We source all our input commodities locally. Prices begin at $/cubic metre.
Mulch
Soil is not designed to be exposed. Most of our mulches are aged hardwood and can be sized to suit your needs. We use a natural microbe mix to treat all our fresh product to ensure there is no leaching of tannins from the soil covering. The cost is $ / cubic metre.
Custom Blends
When applying soil additives, they always work better when you have high organic carbon levels. To ensure this, we mix your desired rate of additive product with compost to enable you to get the most value for money. Examples of additive products we can blend: Rock phosphate, lime, gypsum, palagonite, rock dust, sulfate of potash. Prices start at $ / cubic metre.
Soil
Our soils are mainly aged compost. We customise the blend to suit your application - vege mix, lawn top dress, turf underlay etc. This is great for gardens, as it still provides the nutrients needed but is more budget-friendly. The cost is $ / cubic metre.
